This dark-eyed white hedgehog is an example of the fancy types bred for the pet trade, but this one won’t fight or eat you out of house and home. Technique much the same as for her predecessor, using an armature that turned out to be the wrong size for the teasel used in Hedgehog 1 and a newly picked teasel that was soaked for a week – not timing to repeat, though it did get a bit softer – as it turned into an aquatic science project with an unforgettable but happily transitory aroma.
