Completed January 31, 2010. I thought I recalled it as a test piece for that narrow shape, but my diary for the 30th just says, "Tiny red snake insisted on getting made, while I was reading after din. Needed to blunt end of wire. Smoothing down surface with fabric stiffener did not work well." (I was a slow learner.)
